What do I need to do to book a party or event?

The easiest way to book a party or event is to surf to our web site, go to our online reservation form, and select a date and time. You can also call us at 425-222-5439 and talk with an event coordinator. If you leave us a message or book online, we will contact you within 24 hours to answer your questions or confirm your reservation. Note: A $75 deposit is required for booking a party. The balance is paid on the day of the party. We accept all major credit cards, and cash.

What kind of events can I book at Kidz Bounce?

You can reserve the facilities for most any type of event or special occasion with our online reservation form. The most common types of events that we host are birthday parties, school clubs, sports team celebrations, church outings, day care field trips, special school events, and parent groups.

How many guests can I invite to a party?

Kidz Bounce can accommodate anywhere from 10 kids up to 40 kids for a Birthday Party or Play Group. Parents are not part of the guest count and can stay and play for free. See Parties for more info. Download your Print Invitation or EMail Invitation.

Who needs to sign a waiver?

Parents will fill out one waiver for their family. Each additional guest must also fill out a waiver. We recommend you print a waiver now and bring it to the party to save time.

What if more kids than I expected arrive?

We charge an additional $12 per child over the limit. Children under 2 years old and adults (18 years or older) are free. All other children will be considered part of the party or event. Guest are welcome to pay for additional siblings.

When do I need to arrive for the party? When should my guests arrive?

You and your guests should plan on arriving 5 minutes prior to the start so you can fill out waivers and review our safety rules. You can place your personal items and gifts in the party room when you arrive.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Making a reservation at least a month in advance is recommended. The reservations are first come first serve and often times are booked several months in advance for weekends. You can make a reservation with our online reservation form or by calling 425-222-5439.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can change your reservation up to 14 days prior to the party date and we will apply your $75 deposit to the new date.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation at anytime but your $75 deposit is non refundable.


PLAY AREA

Will I be the only one in the play area?

Yes, you will be the only one in the play area during your event. Check our Party Guide for an example play area and party room schedule.

What should I wear, or not wear?

Comfortable long-sleeve shirts and nylon pants are ideal for bouncing and sliding down the slides fast. Avoid belts, large zippers, jewelry, or any other sharp clothing accessories. Socks are mandatory in the play areas.

May older or younger siblings and friends also join the party?

Older siblings are welcome but, for safety reasons, parents need to be watchful to ensure the older siblings are careful when playing on the equipment with the smaller, younger children.

Do you have people supervising the play areas?

There is always a minimum of one attendant in the area at all times. Two attendants will be available for larger parties.

Are Babies allowed in the play areas?

Yes, children less than 2 years are allowed in the play area.

Are parents allowed to play on the inflatables?

Yes, parents are encouraged to play with their children on the inflatables, and to help the children follow the safety rules. Don’t forget to remove coins, watches, jewelry, sharp objects, cell phones, etc. before using the play area.

Do I have to be with my child all the time or can I leave for a short period of time?

At least one parent must be on the premises at all times.

PARTY ROOM

Can I supply my own decorations?

Yes, you can supply your own decorations. The only thing that we ask is that you do not bring silly string.

Anything else I need to do before arriving?

All you need to bring is the cake and the kids, we’ll supply the decorations, juice/water, plates, cups, napkins, spoons, forks, candles, and serving utensils. Everything will be ready for you when you arrive and we’ll cleanup when you’re done. The Party Guide has helpful hints and suggestions.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can bring in your own food, paper products, and beverages. Plastic, cans, or juice boxes only for beverages. No alcohol allowed. We have a refrigerator and freezer to keep your items until the party begins. We ask that you do not bring any foods that contain peanuts or nuts.

Can you order food or drinks for me?

Kidz Bounce can provide food for your parties upon request. Party room decorations, invitations, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and juice/water are included for all the children. There is an additional charge for paper products for the adults.

What if my child has a dietary allergy, like peanuts?

We do not serve any peanut or nut based products. Please tell us if your child has a severe peanut allergy when you book the party and when you check in.
